Description
This happens in a fairly broad (and random-seeming, to me) subset of versions of jQuery, including some VERY old (back to 1.6.2) and some very new (1.11.1-beta1, 2.0.3).
It seems to be Chrome-specific (Mac Version 33.0.1750.152)
If after loading the page (with the content "Necessary" invisible) you trigger a repaint (recalculate style ... not sure which thing it is), the content will load in and stay.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. Can you be clearer about the problem? I see the word "Necessary" on the screen and there is no code that seems to be hiding it.
