jquery-1.2.3.min.js made my navigation list cannot vertical

Description
Dear Sir/Madam:
I make facebook, twitter using <ul> and <li>. If work fine for chrome, IE, FireFox. But it cannot show vertical in safari. After delete jquery-1.2.3.min.js. It work fine.

Ask for help on a forum. And use a more recent version of jQuery.
