Typo in second sentence of "Create New Ticket" text

There's a typo. This line:
"This tracker is for only for jQuery core. "
should read:
"This tracker is only for jQuery core. "
or
"This tracker is for only jQuery core. "
instead.
Additionally, the first sentence could be improved by changing a word. This:
"Thanks for coming to report a bug or suggest a feature to jQuery!"
reads better as:
"Thanks for coming to report a bug or suggest a feature for jQuery!"
