Description

With IE10 debugger enable, while reloading a page I get this message:

SCRIPT5009: 'Date' is undefined

jquery-1.9.1.min.js, row 3 char 6774

now:function(){return(new Date).getTime()}

Additionally, be sure to test against the "jQuery (edge)" version to ensure the issue still exists—you may need to change this to a specific version depending on the test case.
