Description
Date sorting in format 09 Feb 2013 is not sorted in jquery data table from json data

As aamirafridi mentioned, this is a bug in the DataTables plugin, not jQuery.
Create issue about jQuery data table here https://github.com/DataTables/DataTables/issues/new
