fisheye:problem with IE

Description

i install fisheye from interface elements...it seems to work with FF but with IE i can't give it a central position...another thing: i want it always in the window ...because now with scroll it follows the page!!! is there a fix or a work around to fix?

Interface is no longer supported; consider switching to  jQuery UI.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
