Tooltip plugin not working properly

Description

Using the tooltip plugin from Joern Zaefferer, everything works fine with the large jquery.js included in the package.

When I use the one from the trunk or the standard downloadable version from jquery.com it only works the first time I mouseover a link.

I can't find why this problem exists. Something has to be changed in the core I think.

I can't replicate this problem. Please give the latest release (1.2) a try.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
