It appears that this is not the right place to report bugs in the api documentation or issues with website, e.g. broken links etc. For example, http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/12916 states that "...this bug tracker is not the right place to report errors in the API docs!".

However, there does not appear to be any information about how and where to report such bugs.

http://bugs.jquery.com does not contain any such information, but it would make sense to add a paragraph to that page with instructions how to report such bugs.

Similarly, http://docs.jquery.com/How_to_Report_Bugs does not contain any information but it would make sense to add the information there as well.
