.on('someevent', '', function) //work
.on('someevent', ':last-child', function) //work
.on('someevent', ':eq(-1)', function) //doesn't work
.on('someevent', ':not(:disabled)', function) //doesn't work

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
