jquery deletes the attribute "onChange" from an input field

Description
Hallo, I'm realising that jquery modify the DOM-source and in some cases it deletes the attribute onChange="...." of the fields. In the original source this attributes is there. After searching with jquery. This attribute disappear totally.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. With that said, if you can kindly provide us a test case on jsfiddle or JSBin, I'd be happy to look into it.
