Description
in jQuery v@1.8.0 version, scrollTo and localScroll is not working on google chrome browser. Other browsers seems to be ok with this bug. Please fix this issue.

Both plugins have been updated to fix the bugs that appeared after the 1.8 Jquery release.
Please contact the author of that plugin, as this bug tracker is for bugs in jQuery itself, as opposed to plugin compatability.
