unwrap() fails when wrapper is a figure element

Description
var $foo = $('<img/>');
$foo.wrap('<div></div>');
$foo.unwrap(); // works fine
$foo.wrap('<figure></figure>');
$foo.unwrap(); // TypeError: Cannot read property 'constructor' of undefined
Using 1.7.2 in Chrome under Ubuntu
