In Mac - The scroll listener returns 0 when reaching the end of a page

Description

When scrolling in mac computer, if the scroll reaches the end of the page it returns to the beginning in circular fashion. In other computers it just stops scrolling.

Any suggestions to avoid such behavior?

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
