Datepicker in modal Dialogue box not working correct in IE

Description

I have a dialogue box and datepicker inside it. Dialogue box is opened on clicking a link. when form is long that links comes down to the page and scroll bar appears which is exactly as i wanted. Now issue comes. when i open a datepicker. calender comes. I select a date. it populates the textbox correctly. But scroll on parent page jumps to the top. either focus is changed or something with z-index. behavior which i requires is focus should be on dialogue box only. scroll position should not change with date.

This is not a jQuery core bug report. Ask for help on a forum please.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
