Drop support for Firefox 3.6

Description
As you probably know, Firefox 3.6 is no longer supported by Mozilla, maybe its time for jQuery to drop support for it too? According to documentation ( http://docs.jquery.com/Browser_Compatibility) jQuery is not supporting it anyway.

I mean remove old code for it, pull request – https://github.com/jquery/jquery/pull/842
Please follow the bug reporting guidlines and use jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
