Por qué el método load no funciona en jquery 1.5.1

Description
Estoy usando Visual Studio 2010 el cual incluye la versión 1.5.1 sin embargo al tratar de usar el método load este no funciona. Manda un error de "Falta de contexto". Pero en la versión 1.4.1. funciona correctamente.
Por lo tanto lo reporto como un bug de la versión 1.5.1.
