$(document).ready doesn't work with IE (7,8,9) and dynamic iFrame

Description

With DFP iFrame (DFP = Google Ad Server), $(document).ready does not work in IE (7,8,9). No error.

The DFP iFrame content consists of dynamically injected code based on the DFP call.
