In Opera (normal and mini) Cannot attach classes via addClass() or attr('class', 'classa') to newly created elements

Description
As detailed in title, cannot assign classes via attr() or addClass to newly created objects (via createElement)
Scenario works in all other major browsers, just not Opera (standard, mini, mobile emulator)

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
