Description

When I try to download Jquery I getting an error code. The error is window scrip host code 800A1391 Microsoft Jscript runtime error, what do I need to do to solve the download problem

Duplicate of #9850.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
