ie8 error in jquery.1.7.1 when call datepicker.ui as inline element.works without problems in firefox if ( handle && jQuery.acceptData( cur ) && handle.apply( cur, data ) === false )

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
