Filter ':empty' does not work in 1.6.4

Filter ':empty' does not work in 1.6.4. In 1.6.3 it works fine.  http://jsfiddle.net/YaqDU/2/

My misunderstood of filter ':empty'. Sorry ;-)

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
