catch statement not defined in the try block

Description
Catch statement not defined at try{while(a[0])a.shift().apply(e,f)} finally{b=[e,f],c=0}
this will give the blow error
Exception thrown and not caught
once a blank catch is added ,it works fine.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. It will only give an "Exception thrown and not caught" if an exception is being thrown. Where is the exception coming from? This is where a test case would come in handy, please create one on jsFiddle.net and post a link here.
