jQuery 1.6.3-1.6.4 not working in IE

Description
I am still unable to use 1.6.3-1.6.4 in Internet Explorer - continuing to revert to 1.6.2 as the latest stable release for that platform.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information.
