live mouseenter/mouseleave - append dynamic childs cause bubbling

to reproduce:

$('#list').live('mouseenter',function(e){
 if(!$('#rmp').is(':visible'))
   $(this).append('<a id="rmp" href="#"><img style="border:0;" src="/images/remove.gif" /></a>');
}).live('mouseleave',function(e){$('#rmp').remove();});

so hovering #rmp will trigger mouseleave despite being child of #list
