JTip not working in MSIE

Using JTip plugin, there is no problem in Firefox. But in MSIE, it doesn't work.

Can't find why...

When using the bundled JQuery JS file(Built Fri May 12 12:53:18 2006), it works . Maybe something changed, but what ? I tried to use all old versions of JQuery from version 1.0 but none worked.

Can someone find how to fix it ?

This is not a jQuery core bug. Please report plugin bugs to the plugin's author, or ask on the jQuery forums. jQuery UI bugs should be reported on the UI bug tracker,  http://dev.jqueryui.com .

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
