issue with jquery 1.5.1 + htmlfile: Invalid number of parameters.

Description

while am using jquery 1.5.1 min .js file in IE8 am getting the following break saying : htmlfile: Invalid number of parameters.

what could be the issue and what will be the fix foe=r this.

Note: The same is working fine in IE7.

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
