Description

I'm not sure if this bug belongs with jQueryUI or jQuery, so I'm starting here.

The issue seems to be that with jQuery 1.7b1 you can no longer drag a popup dialog around. In fact, in IE and Firefox it shows recursion/stack overflow errors as soon as you try to move it. This works OK in previous versions of jQuery.

Including the git version of jQuery does not show the same problem.  http://jsfiddle.net/timmywil/fVVhh/1/

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
