Fire propertyChangeEvent in $.extend function

Description

When cloning a target object using a source object i want to be able to pass in the name of a custom event to be fired whenever there is a change in property (a property's new value is not equal same property name's old value)

Please follow the  bug reporting guidlines and use  jsFiddle when providing test cases and demonstrations instead of pasting the code in the ticket.
