IE 8 is broken

Description
I've got a bug (only IE 8 and jQuery 1.6.2 or higher). The Tab, sometimes the whole browser, is crashed by only including jQuery. But the curious thing is, that its don't crush everytime only circa every second or third request.
Sadly i have not any error report from the IE, because the browser is crashed before i got one.

Because we get so many tickets, we often need to return them to the initial reporter for more information. If that person does not reply within 14 days, the ticket will automatically be closed, and that has happened in this case.
